Jaron has over 25 years of experience in the areas of real estate, business, and securities law, in both large firm and in-house settings. He specializes in real estate purchases, sales, leasing and development; entity formation, governance, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions; commercial contracts, transactions, and lending; private equity investments; and securities offerings.

Jaron’s real estate experience includes assisting clients in all aspects of real estate purchases, sales, leasing and development, including like-kind exchanges and joint ventures, and he is also a licensed real estate broker. Jaron’s business law work includes general business planning and transactions, from entity formation to sale and everything in between, including securities matters. He also advises financial institutions, private lenders and borrowers concerning commercial lending transactions. Jaron often works with family offices in many of the above areas as well as in private equity investments.
